SOURCE: Samsung Big screen mod. HL-P6163W made load pop,

This set has a problem with the color wheel falling apart, which if one of the segments should fly off while the set was on it may sound like a loud pop, and the buzzing sound could be mechanical in nature with the wheel being off balance. If smoke appeared after the loud pop, then it could be a capacitor blowing in the power or video circuits. This model uses two different types of Color Wheel assemblies, either an L3 or a L6 and it would be listed on a white label on the Light Engines metal frame. Hope your solution is this easy.

Buzzing sound from my hisense led LCD tv

The main power supply regulator section circuit fault. Either it will be a separate board, or the part of main board. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Pull up older posts.

It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and time. Even though you can make it right, it will cost around an amount equal to the cost of a new board; including the cost of (spare parts + service charge) More to say, most of the spare parts to it will be difficult to get from open electronic spare part market. This is true to most of the flat panel TV power supply boards; irrespective of its brand and screen size.

I have a 50 inch Hisense TV and the picture went out but I'm still receiving sound.... Can you please help me with a fix for the problem?

It all depends what has led up to the problem, however if there has
been no indication of something going wrong,ie. picture getting dimmer, the most common fix is to reset.
First just check all cables are firmly connected. If that does not work then....
Unplug tv, disconnect from cable box, satellite box, any receivers.
Also turn power off to them as well.
Connect everything back and turn on.

Here is a video of other generic problems that can go wrong on any
tv that leads to sound with no picture.

I have a new 50 inch 4k hisense tv that makes a buzzing static sound all the time. I tried adjusting sound settings but not having any luck.

If it is new I would definitely insist on having the matter investigated and repaired under warranty. It should not be doing that!
