If all you want to do is remove/replace memory and hard drives no teardown of the is needed. Power down and unplug the computer.
*Remove the side cover. With a standard retail computer this can be a bit confusing; some have two screws on the rear of that side and the cover pops off. Others have hidden snaps or catches and the side comes off.
*Hard drives have either side screws holding them in, or some such as older Dells have plastic tabs that you gently pull out and the drive is free. Unplug the two cables on the drive.
*Memory: there are two small thumb snaps on each end of the memory stick that you push down and the memory pops free. Be careful replacing the sticks! Carefully line up the slot on the mounting socket on the motherboard with the plastic ridge on the stick, and press down firmly, first on one end and then on the other. You will see the small thumb snaps pop up as the stick settles in to the slot. Make sure the thumb snaps are fully upright, same as originally were.

EDIT:... Sorry, small correction... for the memory, it should read:

"Carefull line up the slot on the memory stick with the plastic ridge on the mounting socket".

If they have red shells, they are "ladybugs", and are good to have -- they eat other insects. Talk to the Agricultural Department of your local government.

How to completely format an acer z5771

Okay assuming that your bios still comes up.. if so pop in the windows 7 disk and go to bio settings select that your cd drive or dvd drive whatever it is that you use as primary boot so that it detects the windows 7 disc. But if you don't get bio settings then what I would do is take hard drive out and take it to a friends or a different computer and have it as a slave or seconds hard drive then when you load up go to my computer right click that drive and find options for reformat or manually delete everything off that drive.

Repair a Dead SATA Hard Drive
A SATA hard drive is drive that uses the SATA interface standard when sending information to and from the system memory on the computer. Repairing a dead SATA drive might seem impossible, but you owe it to yourself to at least attempt a drive repair before giving up and purchasing a new hard drive. Accomplish this with the disk repair tools in your computer's operating system.

Click the "Start" menu. Type "cmd" in the "Search" box and press & quot;Enter." Type "chkdsk x: /r", substituting "x" for the letter of the supposedly dead SATA drive. Press "Enter" to run the drive diagnostic and repair utility. The computer will attempt to repair and fix the dead areas on your SATA drive.

Why my skype install not contuniuse in my computer

Easy, maybe your computer does not have the needed RAM (read and write memory). Your harddrive may not be big enough. Just because a problem loads doesn't mean it will run. Verify the RAM & hard drive space required (you may have 1 Meg Ram but it could need 2 Meg Ram, You may have 20Gig Memory Hard-drive but it could use 25G hard drive space. Some newest programs need higher/bigger Ram or hard drives.
