DURING STARTUP MY COMPUTER IS SHOWING FAILURE OF CMOS BATTERY AND IT GET S/W OFF AUTOMETICALLY. I ALREADY CHANGED THE BATTERY. WHEN I SWITCH ON UPS THE SYSTEM AUTOMETICALLY START BOOTING I NEED NOT TO...

When the system is running you need to set the date and time. or set it in the BIOS. Access to the bios varies from board to board but is usually "f2", "del" or sometimes "f10" the relevant button is displayed on the splash screen. The reason it auto starts can be cahnged in the BIOS as well.

When start cmputer after same time autometically resrat computer

You may need a new power supply....also check your internal fans to make sure they are spinning. Make sure memory is seated properly. Motherboard may also be in question. Try unplugging letting it sit for a few then plugging back in.
