Need to print a fax in memory, machine was turned off and unplugged

It may be too late to print the faxes if your printer was unplugged. But you can try:

reprint the faxes in memory

Your HP OfficeJet can store a limited number of fax pages in its memory, with

the number of pages depending on the model you purchased. When your

HP OfficeJet runs out of memory to store faxes, it will not receive any more fax

calls until the stored faxes are printed.

Reprint Faxes in Memory enables you to reprint a fax stored in memory. For

example, if your print cartridge runs out of ink or paper becomes jammed when

printing a fax. This option prints all faxes in memory; press Cancel to stop

printing faxes you do not need.

1 Press Menu.

2 Press 2, then press 3.

This selects the Fax Functions menu, then selects the Reprint Faxes in
Memory
option. The faxes are printed from memory.

If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response

Thanks, Joe

Can you retreive a sent fax from memory

The fax element of the Printer contains a memory feature for storing faxes in the event of a printing problem. This feature is useful for protecting yourself against missing faxes if your printer runs out of paper. In order to retrieve missed faxes, the feature must be switched on when the faxes arrive. You can reprint faxes stored in the device's memory from the main control panel. You should allow approximately 5 minutes for this task, or longer if many faxes are stored in the memory.
Instructions:
Load paper in the input tray.

Press the "Setup" button on the front of the printer.

Select "Tools," then "Reprint Faxes From Memory."

Press "Cancel" to stop printing. Faxes are printed in reverse order; the most recent fax is the last to print.

Deleting faxes from memory

currently being sent, unsent faxes pending redial, faxes scheduled to be
sent at a future time, and faxes not printed or forwarded.
To delete faxes from memory
1 Press menu/enter.
2 Press > once to display Fax Functions and press menu/enter.
3 Use the button to select Clear Saved Faxs, and press
menu/enter.
4 Press menu/enter to confirm the deletion.

Reprinting faxes already sent

Sorry, but, no...facsimilie machines have memory, however this memory is reserved for error conditions only (ie; out of paper, out of toner, out of ink, paper jam,etc.......) Unfortunately, if all faxes that were sent, were able to be recovered, it would take over a terra bite (or Tb) hard disk drive to "remember" or save these documents.....If you need the same document(s)...I would suggest that you ask the person to fax it (them) back to you.

Can I reprint a fax that I just received?

If you want to reprint a fax because the print cartridge was empty or if the fax was printed on the wrong type of media, you can try to reprint it. The amount of memory that is available determines the actual number of faxes that are stored for reprinting. ... These faxes are stored continuously.
here's how if you have this accessibility..
Press "Setup" on the control panel of your fax machine. Most fax machines will have an LED display panel on the front of the machine. The panel will usually include on screen prompts and help options. Some fax machines signal the user if they have faxes stored in memory and prompt the user to "print faxes" or "clear memory," but you need to make sure that you don't accidentally clear the memory or you will lose all saved faxes.
Use the arrow keys or number pad as directed by screen prompts to select "Fax Setup Menu" and then press the "OK" or "Start" key.
Enter the security code, PIN, or user authorization code if required. The security code or PIN protects sensitive information and prevents unauthorized use of the fax machine memory. If you haven't set it up you don't have it.
Navigate to "Receive" or "Print Faxes in Memory" and then press the "OK" or "Start" key as directed by the on-screen prompt. The last fax stored in the machine's memory should begin to print.
Repeat the above steps for each fax in memory if you need a different one.
Hope this helps and isn't clear as mud!
Happy new year.
problem? make and model # please.
