I have a scanner Benq 5000l with model 6642. It is not being installed on my computer? What should i do? i have not drivers also.

Hi,

You can download the driver from here.

Unpack the archive.
Unplug the scanner from the computer.
Enter the unpacked archive and run Setup.exe.
Finish the installation and plug in the scanner when prompted

I need driver for BenQ 5000L for windows 7...could anybody please help me??

Welcome to Windows 7!
You have just experienced Microsoft's version of "Planned Obsolescence". Since you scanner is 7 years old, Microsoft decided not to provide drivers for this scanner.
BenQ only has drivers for Windows XP.
Microsoft and BenQ have decided that you've used this scanner for quite long enough now and you need to buy a new one.
