Our Lexmark T630 printer is frozen on a screen with two lines:
*
64MB 300Mhz
I have tried holding the Go, Select, and right menu buttons while starting. Nothing. I tried leaving unplugged for 15 minutes and restarting. Nothing. There are no possible solutions in the manual.
Hi. I have a T632 printer. I have the same problem. Frozen on normal node (motor not running at all); When I turn it on while pressing the select/ back buttons to enter into service mode, the motor starts running. I even can print a text page, but when I get out of the service mode, the printer is frozen again. Could it be any card (for example the network card)?
This printer is the only one from lexmark that will not post if the network is not recognize replace the network card and im sure your proble will go away. it colud be the logic board as well but only about 5% of the time my money would be on the network card
Try to unplug the interface cable from the computer and power up the machine. It is likely the RIP card aka the controller card.
There are two types of controllers for this printer, non-network and network. Here are links to where you can purchase them:
Non-network
Network

What was the last thing you did to the printer?
Do you have any idea how this error came to be on the printer's screen?
For example, did you upgrade the printer's memory? Was there an electrical failure?
