We understand that your problem is: the printer is a hp officejet l7680 jet pro...and this printer is for officer use for a small doctors officer..usually we just leave the printer on when we leave..but...

Sometimes the printer locks itself up and sits in a sort of limbo.

Just pull the power cord out of the back of the printer, wait 10 seconds and plug the power back in...

The printer should come back on and go through a self test for a few minutes before you are able to print again.

My lexmark X4650 gives me a message that the network printer is busy when I try to print wirelessly. There is no other computer trying to print.

Make sure there are no print jobs stuck in the queue then unplug the power adapter from the printer. The power adapter is the black box behind the printer where the power cord is attached. Wait at least 30 seconds before plugging it back in. When the printer's ready, try printing again. If the problem persists, I suggest you contact Lexmark Technical Support to further investigate the problem. Thanks.
