Robinair 34788 not pulling a vacuum

I am curently in Iraq and have a Robinair 34788 that I have to use. About a month ago it stoped pulling a vacuum. I am not sure what to do to fix this problem? The vacuum will run for about 10 seconds the stop running. It recovers fine and charges fine. I have also been experiancing a problem when I inject oil into the system then charge it from there it shoots some of the oil back into the bottle. Any Ideas?

It's seems to be problem with your unit relay board, vacuum pump or pressure transducer. Most of Robin air 34788 machine having same problem. You can try as follows 1# Open vacuum pump oil filling cap to release extra pressure from pump.2# Replace new relay board & follow the on screen message(do not skip any option).3# Check pressure transducer is working properly.I hope this will help you.

We have a robinair 34788 and it wont recover

Does it flash any codes on the screen when you attempt to recover? You'll want to check the inline filter as well as the condition of the pump oil.
