My Sony Ericsson K750 cannot switch on; can I download software to solve the cellphone unit problem?

This is a software issue.

If your phone freezes, hangs up unexpectedly, vibrates continuously ,touch screen wont respond or in other similar ways doesn't perform as it should, this can often be solved by performing a software update. Software may perform incorrectly for many reasons without there being a fault in the phone. Some problems may be fixed by re-updating your current software, while others may require installing a new software version.

To keep your phone performing at its best, it's a good idea to perform a software update regularly. You might not always notice what an update has done, but it can prevent future problems.

To update or reinstall the software please go to nearest authorized service centre of your mobile make and they will update or reinstall the software as required.

Note: Reinstalling the software will delete all the content in your phone like contacts, calendar entry etc.

If still the problem persist please change the LCD screen.It will work fine.

I think are using sony Ericssin PC syn.This it will cause some problems.There is a separate software for updater, download it and follow the process given in the site.this should work.

Before taking it to a service centre, you can try flashing the firmware. Download Update Service software from Sony ericsson site, connect your phone to your PC(follow the guide), run the software and perform the update. After it is done, unplug, turn on your phone. It should work now. If it still doesnt work, something is wrong with the hardware and you'll have to take it to a service centre.

when you switch on your sony k750 a white color appear on screen an blinks and turn off..? if does, your phone software needs to be updated.

Read the instruction before you download. after you install the software to your computer make sure that your phone battery is in full charge when updating your phone.

If you have the date cable u can access yr memory stick,when u plug your phone in it comes up as another drive on yr pc,only if u have chosen that pics be saved on memstick.you dont need pc suite to download them,copy paste from your phone/stick drive to another folder on yr pc
