Friend,

goto Tools
then call
then Call divert and cancel all call diverts
then back to main menu
then to profile
then to general
then to personalise
then select a sound THAT IS LOADED ON THE PHONE- THEY MAY HAVE BEEN ACCIDENTLY DELETED
then select a reasonable volume
then save all and have someone call you

SOURCE: my F480 doesn't ring when called

Go to call settings and cancel all the call settings information..
note: you will see call barring , call forwarding, call waiting options
just cancel all of them if it will not work, in the phone settings look for the answer call and change the settings there

My incomingcall not ring straight to voicemail and iPad ringing why?

Verify that "Do not disturb" is off otherwise all your incoming calls will be forwarded to your voicemail.

Your iPad is ringing because iCloud has connected both. To disable this on your iPad settings go to iCloud and disable that.

I cannot receive any incoming calls

power down, take battery out for a complete 2 minutes. While battery is out hold the power button. this decharges built up static electricty. After 2 minutes reinstall battery and power on phone. If it doesn't work call your provider they will walk you through a series of steps to hardset your phone.

Hi I have a Panasonic cordless phone kx tg2511al. I sometimes find that incoming calls go straight to voicemail without it ringing first. How do I make sure it rings at least a good number of times...

Remove the battery and allow the set to phone to reset. Now check for the ringer setting at teh back of the base phone to be set to the maximum rings, there can be three settings.
Some times this is also set on the menu.
Connect and test the timing to confirm

My i265 goes straight to voicemail and doeasn't allow me to answer.

Per the Sprint support site at http://search.sprint.com/inquiraapp/ui.jsp?ui_mode=answer&prior_transaction_id=2&iq_action=5&answer_id=33554455&highlight_info=6293864,0,6&turl=http%3A%2F%2Fsupport.sprint.com%2Fsupport%2Farticle%2FSet_the_number_of_rings_for_voicemail%2Fcase-ev207663-20090626-084943#__highlight&id16=voice+mail :
"A call will roll to your voicemail if unanswered after 23 seconds.
This setting can't be changed. However, on your Sprint phone, you can change your ring tone to one that reduces or increases the number of rings you hear before an incoming call rolls to voicemail.
For details about setting up and changing your ring tones, refer to the user guide for your phone."
If this is not the problem with your phone I suggest you call their support line:

Call *2 from your cellular phone or 888-211-4727 (Sprint phones) or 800-639-6111 (Nextel phones)
They may ask you to perform troubleshooting tasks, so it would be best to call from a phone other than the one you need help with.

Trying to program a touch for incoming calls that will go through my voice mail directly

This can be handled by the DND feature in your admin settings... Do not disturb will transfer your calls direct to voicemail without ringing the handset.
