Its asking to delete old or unused items. and it's practically empty I've erased most of the things I had in there.. can you help?
You have to do a master reboot on the phone.. that will clear up the things that you cant erase...
Hard reset:
1. Power off
2. Push both white dash keys and power up.
3. At T mobile screen it will change to black with writing and instructions.
4. Let go of soft keys and push send (follow directions on screen).
5. Formatted!
