I got an error message telling me to check the printer and push the "ok" button. I tried that but nothing happened. I tried printing a page and got an error message on my computer telling me to press the "ok" button again. Then the machine just shut down completely and won't start up now.
Make certain you have the current updated drivers for the printer. Check to see if the printer is recognized as one of the devices active and available. If its wireless, be certain the communication is both ways. Do a printer test of the Wireless transmission phase. If you connect directly by Cat5/6 cable with Ethernet, check drivers. Check cables. Check for a positive connection on both ports, Computer and Printer. Make certain the printer listed is the Main Printer when you do a setup.
