I have recently bought a Sagem DTR 6400T/6700T Freeview box, and find the EPG to be very clunky and annoying to use.
I understand there is a software upgrade available for this machine. I don't know if it will improve the EPG, but after browsing the net I understand it may prevent issues that other users have had.
But I have no idea where to get hold of such an upgrade, or how I would install it once I had it! Can anyone advise?
Pop open remote case you will need knife or thin steel ruler to do this.
Clean the board contacts and the conductive pads with switch cleaner or isopropyl alcolhol cleaner and you will find it will work fine.

I have a Sagem 6400T/6700T -about 6 months old and the remote control has become 'sticky' when pressing the buttons on the navigator. Is this a common problem. You have to press so hard to make the instruction transfer to the box it hurts your fingers
