locked.And it will ask for PIN code.Both these PUK and PIN code can be given
only by the network service provider. Please call the network service provider
of your mobile.And ask him to provide the PUK code or PIN code.He will ask you
some basic details like name,date of birth for his verification.And he
willprovide you the PUK and PIN
code.This is done for free of cost.

need to contact your cell phone service provider. They can give you the PUK code
once you give them your account details and they can verify your
details.
Every PUK code is unique so nobody can tell you your PUK number, but i will tell you what you can do! 1) If you still have your packet that your Sim Card came in, you should find your PUK number in there, if you don't have the packet, please read bellow.
2) You must get a phone that is on the same network as your phone and call the networks Customer Care and ask them for your PUK number, they will ask you for your phone number, then they will tell you your PUK number. Once you have done this, you will be able to reset your Pin number so you will be able to go into your phone again.

if u put the lock code in wrong about 5 times it should ask u for puk
code you can get this code from your service provider ring them up they
ll give u the code over the phone this ll override the security code
and then reset it to 00000 so get the code wrong a few times then call
the service provider when ur phone asks for the puk codeits 11 digit
and it from ur service provider
