Check the drain pump. First, manually initiate drain by pressing the second and fourth buttons on the keypad at the same time. If it pumps out, disregard the rest. If it doesn't at least hum, check for power at the motor.
Remove lower rack, lower spray arm, and screens in bottom, remove all water inside. Check for debris under pump cover in bottom of sump. The drain pump suction is through the hole on the left.
Behind the toe panel on the left is the drain motor, If no debris was found inside, the drain pump may have failed. Remove outer door panel (you may need to remove the two screws on the sides of the control panel.) Remove the metal panel across the top of the motor area , disconnect hose in front of pump, disconnect wires to pump, press tab at top of pump and rotate clockwise to remove pump. The impeller could be loose on the motor shaft, or the motor windings failed.

Bosch dishwasher doesn't work. water not coming

Hi Gilgol, The link below is a Bosh Dishwasher list of error codes, I believe your error code is E3....CHEERS..
http://removeandreplace.com/2015/10/09/bosch-dishwasher-error-codes-how-to-clear-what-to-check/
Bosch Dishwasher Error Code E3
Fault Condition: Not filling with water
Repair or Check: If the water supply cut-off valve on the dishwasher is completely open but the dishwasher will not fill with water then shut off the water supply and unplug the dishwasher. Remove the water fill line and check to see if the water inlet screen valve is plugged up. If so then replace the water valve. Cleaning the screen can make the issue worse so always replace if the screen is clogged. The valve can get stuck open from gunk and therefore flood or overfill.

Bosch silence plus 50 dba has error code h01

The statement below can be found at: http://www.ehow.com/list_6978265_bosch-dishwasher-error-codes.html,

The SHU4326 and 4326 models use "Regular Wash" and "Rinse Hold" to begin the test while the other three series in this section use "Scrub Wash" and "Delicate/Econo," but all use the same set of fault codes, shown not as lights but as numbers on the Cycle Countdown display. Here, 1 is an aqua sensor fault, 2 is a heating fault, 4 is a filling fault, 8 is an NTC fault and 0 means that everything is working as it ought. During an actual wash, when you aren't testing, the Cycle Countdown display may show the letter "F," which also signifies a filling fault.

How to run self test on bosche dishwasher

Here is an excerpt from "Bosch Dishwasher Troublesoooting".

Running a Test Cycle
Bosch dishwashers have a test cycle which can be run as a troubleshooting measure. The method to run this test cycle is similar across the Bosch dishwasher range so if your dishwasher features seems different from those described below then try experimenting, as the process is fairly straight forward and will be very similar. Bosch dishwasher model numbers are usually found around the top or lip of the door. One of the most common differences between dishwasher models is simply the names of the buttons. For example in the first example below, POWER SCRUB PLUS and REGULAR WASH may be called WASH and ECO depending on your dishwasher model and the country you are in. The other key difference is whether your dishwasher has a display panel (which can display error codes) or not (in which case a program light will illuminate to tell you the fault.
To run the test cycle hold down the POWER SCRUB PLUS and REGULAR WASH buttons. Whilst held down press the ON/OFF button. The lights above them should flash. Now you can check the status of each dishwasher program by pressing its button. Now you can run the full test cycle = Press the POWER SCRUB PLUS and REGULAR WASH buttons again. The dishwasher will start up and when the cycle has ended one, if you have no display panel on your dishwasher model the indicator lights will illuminate if a malfunction was detected as follows -
CLEAN - A temperature sensor fault. If this is the case then the test cycle will be very short as the dishwasher will terminate the test once it's been detected.
RINSE/DRY - A water sensor/filling fault. If this is the problem then the test cycle will not complete as the dishwasher cannot detect the right level of water, the dishwasher will just keep filling and draining again.
WASH - A heating fault. Check your heating element.
If you do have a display panel on your Bosch dishwasher then after the cycle is complete an error code will be shown if a fault has been detected. The error codes are as follows -
0 - No errors have been detected.
1 - A water sensor/filling fault.
2 - A heating fault.
4 - A water filling fault. This can also appear as F on the display during a normal cycle.
8 - A temperature sensor fault.
When troubleshooting your Bosch dishwasher, running the above test cycle is a good start in diagnosing the problem and should give you an idea of where the problem lies with your Bosch dishwasher and what fixes and repair are in order. Our general troubleshooting page will give you some ideas on other things to check on your dishwasher. Good luck!

Fon the dishwasher

Hi, welcome to Fixya.

Based on the info you've provided, the dishwasher is indicating a error during the "fill" stage, hence the "F" being displayed on the Bosch machines.

Here's how to perform a test or diagnostic...

Make sure the power button is in the off position ( open & closing of the door will activate the "auto shut off" ).

Once certain it is "off" press and hold both the regular button and rinse & hold button, then turn the unit "on" while continuing to depress those 2 buttons. Initially, control module version # will display ( i.e. "20" = version "0" without jumper...not important for this ).

When the buttons are now released, the lights above them will flash. To start testing, press both the "regular wash" and "rinse & hold" a second time.

Let the test follow through, ( grab a coffee and observe, this will take a while )

When testing has ended, the display will show an error using codes as follows...
"0" = no error.
"1" = aqua sensor fault.
"2" = heating fault.
"4" = filling fault. and finally.
"8" = NTC ( temperature sensor ) fault.

The "F" code will not appear in test mode, only during wash. If you have a failed level switch for instance the test will display "4" and will continually fill and drain and test won't complete until you press the "on/off" button.

If the test complete's without and error or won't fill, replace the water valve. Original part Part # 425458 at "searspartsdirect.com", "apwagner.com" or #1105846 at "repairclinic.com" ( they use there own numbers ) or you can check locally by your model number & serial number.

Let me know if I can assist you further. Hope you found this helpful and if so please allow for a positive rating.

Thank you for choosing "fixya" and good luck.

My bosch dw gives a error code of 1 this is an over or under water filling fault not a heating error which is posted on this site which one is correct

Hello, welcome to Fixya. Actually an error code "1" refers ONLY to a heating error. I'm not sure what you've based your info on, but "1" being displayed has nothibg to do with a water fill/level issue what-so-ever with any Bosch dishwashers. Here's how to perform a test or diagnostic for the "shu43" series Bosch to determine once and for all the problem you're having though. Let the test follow through. When testing has ended, the display will show an error using codes as follows. "0" = no error. "1" = aqua sensor fault. "2" = heating fault. "4" = filling fault. and finally, "8" = NTC ( temperature sensor ) fault. If it where related to a fill/level error you would see the letter "F" during washing but the # 4 in diagnostic's. Similarly for a heating fault, the diagnostic will identify a #2 but the "1" appears during normal washing. Let me know if I can assist you further. Hope you found this helpful and if so please allow for a positive rating. If there is anything not clear let me know and I'll try to expand on the info I posted. Good luck. Macmarkus :)
