Marks and Spencer My Secret Safe Instructions.

Insert the 'credit card'. If you've lost the special one with safe, any card will do, just needs to trigger the catch inside the slot.

Note: check the amount saved (Press Total Saving). The safe display will show 'error' if you try to withdraw more than is saved. If you just want to open the drawer without actually removing any money just enter '0'.

To open, press 'Withdraw' and the amount. Press 'Withdraw' again and enter your password. The safe will beep and you'll hear click as the drawer releases to open.

If you forgot passcode, there is a tiny reset button at back. Stick back of earring/pen etc and press for 10 or so secs. Then press 'Password' & default code (0000), then press 'Password' again and enter the code you want to use.

Note Deposit: Press 'Note Deposit' and amount in whole numbers - safe will jingle to say amount registered.

I can't remember how to change the date/time. Maybe someone else here can!

I had the same problem but it was because even with batteries out it had enough stored power to retain the code... what works is to get a bit of metal FOIL and SHORT OUT the opposite sides off the battery compartment metal lugs

I can't open my bumil safe and the combinations i have are old and i think i keep getting them wrong, im not sure what to do.

Take it to a Locksmith. Most newer safes (15 years or younger) have a secret way to get inside, which the manufacturer is willing to reveal ONLY to a bonded-professional Locksmith. If there is no secret entry, then the safe will have to be drilled open (i.e. "destroyed"); and that too must be done by a locksmith because only they know _where_ to drill. Lastly, If you have electronic code entry, try installing new batteries, and retry your combination codes. Ps... I am a locksmith. I know what I'm talking about.

My sister locked herself out of her Justice digital safe and it is on voice mode, every time we try to reset the passcode it does not work. Does this mean that the safe is broken?

The safe would need to be open to change the passcode. Also there may be a time delay after several incorrect attempts to open. I am not at all familiar with this brand.

Bratz secret safe won't open

Hello, the lock mechanism on this gets hard to rotate after a while. You need to reset you safe by holding a toothpick on the reset button for 20 seconds. Then press the password of B R A T Z and the Angel Halo button. Then proceed to twist and pull on the safe dial until you loosen it enough to open. This can be done with your hands, you don't need a tool. Just keep working at it.

Justice password journal low batteries

I used a set of cutting pliers and lifted the back two rivets off. Then i gently peeled the paper up and slid a knife under the strap that was glued down. Replaced the batteries, put the rivets back in and used a small screw driver to mesh the strap back on the rivets. Lightly re-glued the strap and scotch taped the paper back on. Back in business, made one girl happy!
