the coverage is weak, HP style, I see no full error documents there
they only say call them.

switch off the machine, remove paper and spindle of both roll & 2, close the roll covers, switch on the machine wait until ready mode appears, select load media, select roll 1. Load spindle in in the bank, verify properly seated or not, insert paper to load wait to printer perform load media..if successfully loaded issue closed..:Other services are not advisable to users only professionals can resolve the issue..

the best solution for this problem is to throw it away and never buy nad again. its junk.
