Added memory now on startup bios then resets

I added memory to sn Everex Stepnote nc1501 from Crucial. Now systems just reboots when it gets to certain level in BIOS. added old memery back and still same problem. I figured Bios needs to be flashed but Everex will not release Bios from their site

is it bios or windows password? If it is bios's password then you should reset the bios by removing the bios battery. If it is your os then reinstall your os

Factory reset
