I don't think so that there is a medicine which can stop snoring within the single night, you it may possible that it will start working and can reduce your snoring or provide you from snoring from the first day of use. It depends upon the snoring reason due to which itarises and then you take medication according to that. But there is a solution of snoring, which I am recommending you called Anti Snoring Products Devices Anti Snore Sprays Asonor

It depends why you have it. Weight is a big one, also chronic stress. Surgery does not always work. As an acupuncturist, I have had seen patients that did that only to still have snoring. I have had personal success with young living Essential oil blend Valor. Put several drops on your feet before you go to bed. A family member would stop breathing for up to 60 seconds between snores. I put it on the bottom of the feet and within seconds sleeping calmly with no snoring.

Do you know the difference between family medicine and internal medicine?

Internal Medicine generally involves treating, preventing, and diagnosing diseases in adults. An Internal Medicine doctor can treat almost everything from the common cold to women's health issues. They will often refer you to a specialist if they think that you need more in depth care.

Family Medicine on the other hand generally involves treating, preventing, and diagnosing diseases in family members of all ages including children. A Family Medicine doctor can treat everything from the common cold to a child's case of the chicken pox. They generally have a wide range of services and they often offer convenient night and weekend appointments for busy families.

In terms of who you want to treat you, that depends on your personality. If you get timid at the doctor's office and prefer to be handled with kid gloves and TLC, you will generally want a Family Medicine doctor. If on the other hand you want a know BS general doctor who you can see whenever you have a health issue arise, then you are better off going with an Internal Medicine doctor.

Where can i wear at night to stop my snoring while sleeping?

Breathe Right strips work wonders for me. That is the over the counter option. If it is bad enough to need medical attention, there is a machine called a CPAP (Constant Positive Air Pressure) that attaches over your head and forces air into your nose while you sleep in order to help you breath.

I have always snored and just put up with it but lately my husband is complaining a lot more about it. He says I need to see the doctor but I think it's not a medical issue. When should I seek a m

Snoring affects millions of people and sometimes there are things that can be done about it, improving both the sleep of you and your partner, so it's always worth getting a medical opinion.

But if you are feeling any of the following, you should definitely see your doctor;

1. If your snoring at night is loud and heavy and you feel tired during the day

2. You gasp for breath or choke during the night while you are sleeping

3. You fall asleep at strange times ie during a meal or while chatting.

What is a sleep study? My doctor says I might need one because my snoring has got so bad recently.

A sleep study is a way of following your sleep patterns to see what your sleeping habits are. Sometimes it can be done at home, but often patients are sent to a sleep clinic for a night where sleep testing (officially called polysomnography) can be done to check your brain waves, oxygen levels, heart rate and breathing rate while you sleep.

Don't worry it's not an invasive test and aside from needing to fall asleep, you wont need to do much!

How does snoring a lot at night affect you in the daytime?

Some people snore at night but still wake up in the morning feeling like they slept well. But for some people heavy snoring leads to side effects such as;

1. waking up feeling exhausted the next day

2. difficulty concentrating

3. increased risk of high blood pressure, stroke etc

Snoring can also seriously impact on a partner's sleep as the noise can often stop the person sharing the bed from being able to sleep well.
