I woke up one morning and the screen wouldn't turn on, and when it did from unplugging the charger, the screen would flicker until I got it in the right position with the slide keyboard. The volume buttons aren't working, the home, options, back, and genius buttons aren't working, and now it's barely a phone. What happened?

It seems to be some fault with the LCD connector (the ribbon wire that connects LCD to the main board) either the wire is damaged or the connector is loose. You may download the service manual for your phone by searching on Google which would have the instructions on how to dis-assemble and reassemble the phone so that you may check the connector.

There may be a physical issue with your logic board. You can get the part at HTC p3400i Repair and there is a guide that shows you how to put in the part at HTC Repair Guide.

Take the battery completely out of it and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Then install the battery and see if it will turn on normally.
