My phone will not switch on, when i plug the charger in a red light will show up and after a few minutes it will turn orange but will not display the charging symbol. When i press the on/off button it will vibrate but it will not turn on.
First, check if the charging port is properly and snugly connected. Then, check your batteries. Maybe your batteries aren't charging properly. If the battery is self-replacable, try cleaning the golden battery connectors inside first. Or, your battery may need to be replaced

2. Your Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro will request to enter an unlock code.
3. Tap the box where you have to input the code and a number pad will appear.
4. Type in the unlock code we send to you.
5. Press the 'Unlock' button on the phone.
6. Your Sony Ericsson Xperia X10 mini pro phone should now be unlocked.
