When i start to uninstall nero 7 permium addition that time one error is coming and is that internal error custom action DLL crashed onlast call in funtion 'NeroAg_UnregistercomEx'. the installer must now exit. Crash Thread ID 3364 and Current ID 1344 is coming up and that tab is going to dead.

Hi...did you check system requirements on the Nero 7 disc? Your disc software might be for 32bit systems like XP or Vista?

Remember that with stdcall the callee cleans the stack. If you change the number of arguments that the function takes you'll end up unbalancing it for the calling function.dll

Good day, what you need to do is remove the CD. clean the surface or use a lens cleaner. what is happening is an error from your CD. It is a read-error. with this you should be able to install it perfrectly. if the problem persist get another cd or copy the file inot your C:/ drive and run it from there. Good luck

Make sure the Nero folder is deleted from your comptuer and try it again.

Do you have a serial number for this?

Vista is very picky - and you have to have at least version 7.5.9.0, or newer (but, with my vista 7.5.9.0 worked). Since you have nero-7 you can download the latest and use your key from your current nero-7 cd.

What version of windows and nero are you using?
