on the signal board replace the caps by the 5/9 volt regulators. c2p04 is the main culprit. 6 caps in total can be changed. I believe c2p05 also.

Mitsubishi WD-48511 Flashing green power light

The green light should only blink if set has been unplugged---upon plugging it back it will blink for about 70 seconds and go out----this is the set booting up and is normal.

At that point you should be able to turn the set on-----what happens when you try?

Hi,
If the led light flashes green continuously, the fault came from the DM power supply. The faulty parts there are the electrolytic capacitors. Let me know if your handy with electronics and I will assist you to fix it yourself.

Continuous green flashing light

ther are some bad capacitors on the dm board in this tv, but this model is not layman friendly, we usually send in the entire chassis to Mitsubishi for a rebuild this cost about $300 then there is the cost of service also, this job will probably cost around $5 or 600 dollars.

MIT WD-62525 DLP TV blinking green light on front won't stop

Hi!

It means your TV needs to reset. Although you have reset it previously, now again reset the TV as per procedure given below:

Please press the SYSTEM RESET button on the front panel with a pointed item such as the point of a ball point pen or end tip of a paperclip.

The TV will turn off and the green LED will flash quickly for about one minute. After the green LED stops flashing, turn on the TV again. The changes you made while the TV was most recently on, before you used the SYSTEM RESET button, may be lost; the changes you made previously, however, are not lost. Only those changes since the last power on may be lost when the system reset button is pressed. All other settings are retained.

TV Reset Menu

Read on-screen warnings before proceeding, as some user data or settings may be erased.

1. Press TV MENU and then 1, 2, 3 to see the RESET SERVICE MENU to reset the TV.

2. Select Reset System Defaults (CAUTION: All settings, except V-Chip, will be reset to the original factory defaults.

Please do rate this solution as FixYa and revert for further assistance.

Thanks

do this press and hold device and menu button on the front of set.. this is to retrieve a to digit error code flashed by the leds. also this set neds to "boot" let the led flash for at least 70 seconds. if it continues to blink the tv failed to boot. There is service bulliteens that states capacitors in power supply can be bad. this capacitors are kinda hard to get to and rather invovled to replace
