Hi if your Beko Wm & Wma Models washing machine wont drain or has a spin problem then you have to check the carbon brushes first.
Also check all waste pipes are clear and inspect the pump I have included this video below.
At our website I am doing self diagnostic videos on these beko's as we speak so all tutorials will be in this link below How to replace Beko Washing Machine Motor Carbon Brushes
you might find this test video helpful but only do it if you have checked the motor
Why no spin?..Is the water fully pumped out, is it out of load balance? This happens when too few items are in the drum the machine senses this and will not spin.......Hope this of some help
I was given wrong info. the machine did go through the cycle and drain. However, the drum DID NOT revolve at all. Main motor Brushes replaced. Now OK. Thanks.
hi..Most washing machine have a drain filter that can become
clogged over time.Front load washers typically have a small
removable panel about the size of a half sheet of paper on the
bottom front of the machine.the filter is inside.
check it out..
thank u..
kindly rate my response..
The first you need to do is check the brushes in the motor.
Remve the screws at rear of top cover, remove cover.
Slacken off the 2 bolts securing motor, and remove belt.Remove 2 screws that hold motor and lift motor up so you can access the brushes..
The brush holders will be either black or white, depress the plastic lug that holds the brush in place, and slide the holders out, remove the wires to the brushes, and check the carbons, if their is less than 2 or 3 mm left, then replace them.
Only fit the genuine brushes, and if you can make sure you fit the black ones, as they are better than the white ones.
Follow the instructions on the packaging on how to release the carbons from the captive position.
Refit motor, and ensure the belt is reasonably tight.
If it still does not work ,then the motor itself could be faulty, check for broken wires in the motor plug and harness.
Plz rate my solution.
Thanks.
yes.dose it drain, see it must drain before it can spinso if water is standing in it it wont spin and that would mean your pump is ither blocked or reciving power but not working.
??? not enough information, what do you mean by this? the clothes are still wet when they come out the machine does not spin at all? the machines have a set time to drain before they spin usually three minutes if the water has not dropped below a level before the set time the machine will stop, check the drain Clothes begin to get wetter than before? how old is the machine motor brushes usually last 2-3 years depending on usage when they wear down the parts of the program that put the most power through the brushes can fail first (Spin)
Hi,
Does the drum turn during the wash cycle?
When it comes to the spin cycle does it go through to the end without the drum turning?
It sounds like it could be the motor needs new carbon brushes.
