Default 4 Digit user code: 1234 or 0000
Default 6 Digit Security code: 123456 or 000000

Type *#06# at the mobile screen to know IMEI no of your mobile.
send the IMEI no to me and i will reply you with unlocking code.
IF Problem not Solved So
Please New Software install in the Phone Problem will Solved

PUK is Pin Unblocking Code. This is normally a code available to help mobile users with the telephone company as when one activates PIN code for his/her mobile and by chance forgets that PIN code and enters wrong PIN code for 4 times then PUK code is asked. This code can be given to the user on request by the customer care after proper verification.
PUK code is 10 digit code and if user enters wrong PUK code for 10 times then SIM card is bloked and user needs to change the SIM card.

Your TV is asking you about its V-Chip lock code. There will be a V-Chip lock code you have given it earlier. If you forget that code, please repost your porblem with the exact model number of your TV. If you have its user manual refer to it. There will be instructions about how to change the passcode which you did forget. OK.

Acording the User manual for One For All URC4220 Remote Control the only Code for Sanyo TV is 0154. You can access the user manual here:

if you go into the user toools via the 123button at top left look for the admin tools and go to address book there shoul be a list of users there.. alternatively go into sp mode via clear 107 and hold down the stop button till hte screen changes and then look for 5.mode and then scroll down till you come to the user code sp and turn it off as a temp measure.. youcan also setup a new user in the admin tools.

The document also covers lost codes, saying, "If You Forget a Code, PIN, or Password Note: Your phone's 4-digit unlock code is originally set to 1234, and the 6-digit security code is originally set to 000000. Many service providers reset the unlock code to the last 4 digits of your phone number before you receive your phone. If you forget your unlock code, try entering 1234 or the last 4 digits of your phone number. If that does not work, do the following (and shows a graphic of doing...)
