I have a SonyEricsson K850i. I received an sms and when I clicked on "View" the phone hanged. I had to remove the battery to get it to switch on again. I then went into the sms's again but it hanged again. I removed the battery again but now the phone cannot switch on any more. It is comletely dead. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

this happens when you got some virus on your mobile.
Probably the msg you got wud be a virus.
What you can do is that you can take your cellphone to nearest Sony Care and ask their help and they wud surely help u out.
They wud scan your system off the trouble and either ask you to install an anti-virus on your cellphone or they wud uninstall and re-install the phone sofware.
This wud surely help you :):):)
