Ozone not working

You probably have a burned out high voltage transformer. That's what produces the ozone. Helpful hint...........the high voltage transformer is also the one used in bug zappers

Filters???

Ozone filters, they filter out the ozone produced by the copier. This reduces the ozone output, and smell. But ii also traps dust, if the filters plug up it can reduce copy quality as well as emit more ozone into the work space.

To reset the life counters for the transfer roller & ozone filter you will need to enter the service mode.

To do this press utilty, meter count, details(if available), then stop, 0, 0, stop , 0, 1.

Consumable replacement message

You need to go into service mode to reset these parts. Start by hitting the "Utility" button on the control panel. Then select "Meter Count" from the menu. Next hit "Details". Then you need to hit the following buttons in this order, STOP,0,0,STOP,0,1. This will bring you into the service mode on this machine. From there you should select "Counter". From the Counter menu select "Special parts counter". Highlight the parts you replaced and hit the "C" on the control panel to clear the counter. This process should be done for any parts that you replace and will prevent the message from popping up.
