Sounds like a job for the company that installed the remote starter. As we all know there is only 1 company that makes remote car starters, but i do not remember what it is and you aint giving up the information. Try the installer of the remote.

Most remote starters do not lose their "memory" when power is lost. However, if an older version bypass module was used for your vehicle it may need to be reset but you must know the model. If you are not able to look under the dash panels yourself, you should take it to your nearest dealer/installer. Some also reset or relearn after the first key start.
