There is a reset button in the back of your device.

first you didn't tell your device model no..yet what we generally do i.e.
1. From the Home screen, press the Menu button and go to Settings.
2. Select Privacy and then Factory data reset.
3. Verify the information on the screen and press Reset phone.

re-install the operation system

Rest you machine to factory settings and downlowd again the program from the computer

pls. set to autoprogram. and let auto program finished to save or add channels automatically.

happy to help u .just want to tell u there r no factory settings for windows most options r not changeable.u can aloso try reformatting the system. but if u need to change ur bios setting u just have to press delete or wat ever key u seen on the bios to enter setup. then go to the option load optimised defaults. and u r done. pleasure helping u.

Sounds like you have a bunch of spyware and adware. If you are lucky enough to be able to save your computer, boot into safe mode with networking and download and run scans with the following programs:
AVG Anti-Virus Free Edition
Lavasoft Ad-Aware Free Edition
Spybot Search and Destroy

In Spybot, run an immunization as well which should help to prevent future "breakouts" I would also recommend setting Spybot and AVG up to do a weekly/monthly scan of your computer. You can also do this with Ad-Aware but you would need to pay for a higher version.
