Continuosly getting pinch roll error (invalid right position) on Roland versacamm sp-540v

If the problem is persists you have to replace the data cable connected to the head ( this cable goes foward and backward with the movement of the heads and sometimes it brokes ) i had the same problem and the solution is this.

Your rollers may have also gotten off of the groove in the bottom, check to be sure they are seated in the groove before calling for repairs :)

I have roland verscamm sp-540v when i switch on then error comes service call 0101

the 0101 error in sp540 is the Limit Position Initialize has not been done. you find videos on you tube that can help you to do the limit position operation. (you have to enter in Service Mode Menu) its easy to do it yourself. i hope this help.

u need to install the Intercon-NetTool (that u can download from the Roland website) to allow the comunication with the plotter. its all well explained in the video. good luck

i had a similar problem with my sp540 and the solution was the strip (the electrical one, that is connected to the head, broked)
have to be replaced. and everything goes ok .good luck
