If the problem is persists you have to replace the data cable connected to the head ( this cable goes foward and backward with the movement of the heads and sometimes it brokes ) i had the same problem and the solution is this.
Your rollers may have also gotten off of the groove in the bottom, check to be sure they are seated in the groove before calling for repairs :)
