Google "screen replacement" . You will have many sites to choose from. Find one who has the part at a reasonable price. You may want to compare several sites for the best price.
If inside screen has damaged, it will be best to buy a new TV, rather than try to replace it because 2/3rd price of the total cost of a Plasma TV is with its screen itself. Take a wise decision.
If the screen is cracked it will have black marks on the LCD, the only way to fix this is have it replaced, go to www.ebay.com type make and model of laptop, refine search to screen, this will give you idea of price.
I am not familiar with this particular models cost new, but the screens are replaceable on all higher end PDA devices. The problem is as you already guessed that it is pretty expensive. Check the cost of a used unit before you repair the old one, eBay is a great source for used PDA's. Do your homework then decide
The reason the screen isn't showing-up is probably because of runny colors or blotchy colors permanently stained on the screen, even when the Nintendo DS Lite is OFF, my guess is that the liquid crystal display (LCD) is cracked. And also, there are multiple reasons for your speakers not working properly. The main reasons for the speakers not working would be the following;
Something small must have gotten wedged inside of the speakers.
A type of liquid and/or sticky substance leaked into speakers.
Lots of pressurized force on upper screen(which could have also caused the damage done to the screen).
What I would recommend is make an appointment with "Nintendo customer service".
The panel costs over $800 to replace. The broken/cracked panel cannot be fixed as the glass inside is cracked. It is not worth repairing. However, I would be interested in it for the parts. If you still have it, would you be open to selling it to me at a reasonable price? Please call me at 310-770-1444. Thank You, Jeff
You can try to do it yourself, there is a T-Mobile G1 Repair Guide and the parts are available on Ebay. If all elese fails there are third party T-Mobile G1 Repair Services but that can be quite pricey.
All of you - call Sansa and see if it is still in warranty. If so, get it replaced. Otherwise, get a new one, b/c no repair service (to the extent that they even exist) is going to be cheaper than getting a new player. Sansa may have reduced pricing for getting a new player, even if it is out of warranty (no guarantees).
If the glass that you can feel on the front of the tv is cracked, then just replace the glass (called filter). The cost is about 150.00. If the pannel is cracked buy a new tv. It costs to much.
