Check the fuse and power to the radio, if they are good, have the radio serviced

I have a Dodge magnum 2006 sxt. Insert key. Dash lights come on but no crank, 10 seconds later all the system lights go off and everything powers down. Nothing.

Check battery voltage, it should be minimum 12.4.
Check the battery cables for corrosion and make sure they're tight.

I have a Dell Precision 380. When I plug it in the power light (on power switch) is amber and the 4 light comes on. Fans are running and can hear the hard drive spin up. Nothing on the screen. I have read...

Could be a bad capacitors. Open up the case and see if you have any bulging caps. The second thing I would try is to remove all the ram and reseat each ram stick. The 380 can be fickle about ram placement.

I have a 2004 Dodge Magnum and my headlights blinks off and on quite often when turned on.

This was a recall issue that was supposed to be fixed, I would bring this into the dealer, they should fix it for free. They had electrical problems with these models, headlights dash lights, and sometimes wipers etc. I would get this checked out before your car brakes down on the road. Hope this helps and good luck. you can also refer to lemonlawclaims.com to check out a few other people that had this issue reported it.
