there is no electronic schematic, (pdf , service books yes)
a real schematic is trade secret.! ( why invite cloners?)
but if you google all day you do see them leak out of china.

I see them sold for $15 (scrap value)
says from HP or Toshiba PC laptops, no model's told by silly sellers, and matters !

the mobo maker does not sell these to the public,
only to OEM makers of PC, unstated by you.
they are in china that maker, so... good luck reading Chinese.

why not start post with facts. like.;
what PC? (for sure it came out of one !)
where did you find this junk? (dumpster or ebay)
what is wrong with it? name one problem.? firsts.
