Modern lithium Ion rechargeable batteries don't slow down as they discharge, they run full appliance and then just boom they are dead. You need a new battery
This means there is a fault in relay section in PCB or might be loose connection in connector. Pls reconnect the connector again and tight that connector with cable tie and any tape then see , if it works then fine if not means problem in contractor. Just clean that
Each wheel is run by a separate motor. This looks like either bad controller box, or bad motor. If it starts out working fine, then the one wheel stops after a short period of time, then it is probably a controller at fault. However if the motor is overheating due to mechanical binding such as a brake failure (the parking brake) or lacks lubrication causing excess power consumpltion, then the controller will shut down at some poiunt to avoid damaging itself and/or the motor. have a helper put the chair up on cememnt blocks, or woodne boxes etc, so you can observe it running. Listyen to the motor by doing left full and right full turns. The motors should be equally quiet and run at the exact same speeds. Dragging noises indicate a problem. be sure your parking brakes are disengaged. Now with the chair off, rotate eaach wheel by hand. They should need the same amount of force to move. if the bad wheel is harder to turn then it may need replacing or has bad brushes, brakes binding or in most cases dried up grease in the gearbox.
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news but what your describing is a classis sign of a bad motor. When the motor is bad it will run will its cool...when it heats up it shuts off and will restart for a short time when colled off till once again hot and shuts off again.
i had the same problem with my 2002 w3500 and what it ended up being was the butterfly valve for the exhaust brake which is located in the intake just as you take off the turbo line, disconnect the vacuum line on the actuator that goes to that valve and that should tell you if thats your problem
Two of the screws are fuel related: H = high speed and L = slow speed. The third is idle speed and is a limit stop for the throttle lever. Turn both mixture screws in CW to stop (lightly), and back out CCW 1-1/2 turns each. Start with H needle after engine warm-up. Open the throttle full and adjust CW until you reach highest speed with 4-stroking, but smooths out when cutting lightly. Allow to idle, and adjust L needle CW for smooth idle, but rich enough to allow engine to follow the throttle. Adjust idle speed screw to allow the chain to stop turning. Make sure to clean the air cleaner before this procedure.
