Looks like you need to download the driver for the graphics card but not sure which operating system your running so i'll post them all

Most likely your Mag-stripe info is missing from the card project in IDworks.
If you imported your projects from preface, its likly the box to include mag-stripe config was not transfer d.
enter idworks designer and click VIEW then field connections, there should be some info tied you mag-stripe field 1,2, or 3 of not there is the problem.

Next check printer plug ins in IDworks admin to make sure the mag-stripe plugin is installed. Also i would check Datacard.com Download section make sure you have newest and correct driver for your OS
if none of this works, uninstall everything (exporting projects) and reinstall.

Mag-strpe encoders can become defective, the encoder may need to be replaced.

check your sound card driver, maybe is not working, go the latest win7 driver (Hardware Driver)

Any monitor should be plug n play. You can plug it in to a port on your computer and it will work.

windows 98 will not have any drivers for video , monitors

Download updated drivers and manual from Mag website link here: http://www.maginnovision.com/Support/Downloads.aspx where you select product group, type and model.
