Your best bet would be to use http://www.eReplacementParts.com as a source to get your Black and Decker parts and than use their tool repair forum and submit this question. They have licensed mechanics that repair these things all the time, so I'm sure they could put together an easy fix.

I'm not sure what bag your referring to. The only bag for this is the carrying bag. So I have to assume you mean one of the filters.
There are three filters for this vacuum.

• Primary Filter.
• Exhaust Filter.
• Secondary Filter Element.

look at www.toolpartsdirect.com . they have a parts breakdown with part numbers for this.

i dont know where you are but its a us site.

copy and paste the part number for tha handle into your browser , it should come up with results.

if your refering to the batt handle then its a obsolete item with no replacement part number. your part # is 243215-00 and your best bet is to sell it or put lots of ducktape or epoxy or keep checking ebay
