I added a Toshiba 3020 SD to my CTX system but I'm not able to make or recieve outgoing calls on the phone. How can I ask this external line. It exist on the other phones.

If you're running on a CiX or CTX platform, you're dealer or system administrator needs to enter the amount of CID calls to be buffered on that particular phone. This can only be done via the System Administration Program. You'll also need to program a "Caller-ID Log" key

turn up your cells volume key.

sounds like you are call forwarded. But to know this you should plug in a phone that has a display. Also it depends on your system, being a 3XXX series phone you most likely have a CTX and the call forwarding codes can be found here

To "jump on" you would need to turn on executive override. Its in Program 30,31,35 in system programming. To conference call simply press Conf/Trn call the extension to conference in with. Have them pick up handest and press Conf/Trn again and you are all connected. More info and your manual can be found here.

If you have a multi line setup, you have a phone router. Have your phone company come in and program it for you.

If you have a DK system you can program by any phone with a display. On the larger DK system it must be done on extension 205. I would advise to look at program 81-87 to adjust ringing on system. If you have a CTX phone system you will need emanager software. Below is a website with manuals. Hope this helps.
