• Is the Lexmark CD a CD or DVD? If it is a DVD format, and many are today, you will need a DVD drive to read the data.
• Is the CD drive working otherwise ? To check, put in a music CD and see if it plays. If it doesn't the CD Drive is likely defective, or not properly connected. In that case, you can download the drivers from Lexmark via the internet.

contact lexmark for the cd's they will be the right people to get the cd's and if u want the drivers download them from the lexmark printer website
