Hi,

What i would suggest is to take the micro sd card and delete the menu folder and the menutt.dat and anything else associated with the main menu settings. Drag and drop the games folder or games and saves to the desktop and then format the sd card in FAT32.

I appreciate this may seem a little extreme but i have had quite a lot of experience with NDS flash cartridges and the problem you describe usually happens when the menu.tt file becomes corrupt.

Once the sd card is formatted, re install all the nesessary software (you should have these 3 files on the sd card :
TTmenu folder
ttmenu.dat
ttmenu.sys
but, DO NOT put any games onto it until you have placed it into the nds and turned it on allowing the TTcard to build a menu for the games to be loaded from.

Hope this helps

My son has managed to change the language to german and we cannot change it back. It does not go into a screen to allow us to pick english. Any suggestions?

turn on your DS, touch the screen to open the menu(from top to bottom(DS Game, Pictochat, DS Download play, GBA Game) and underneath the GBA Game there is a little button that looks like an open DS... Touch that button, Now you will see a menu with a Wrench and Clock & Calendar, a Person, and a Cross.

Click on the Wrench, and then click on he icon that looks like a globe, form there just choose the language that you want.

I bought an ndstt card. II have bought an ndstt card. I have put some games on a micro sd card and inserted it in my ds but when i switch it on i just get a red picture of the card with a question mark and...

Have you put the firmware onto the micro sd card aswell. You will need this so it will load the games.

If not go to www.ndstt.com
left click the DOWNLOAD tab along the top of the screen
Scroll down to TTMenu Kernel v1.17, 2009-01-06 new
There should be several languages listed click the English one
then click the save button on the pop-up box. (firmware version 1.17)

Save this to your desktop or where ever you like... Desktop is easier.

You will need to un-zip this file. Then all you have to do is copy the 3 programs onto the Micro sd card.
I would make a NEW FOLDER in there calling it games or something similar... just keeps it tidy.

Then copy the games into this folder.

This should sort your problem out.

Cant get ndstt card to work help

do you mean the ds menu comes up as in the screen you get when there is no cartridge installed? or does it come up with a dstt menu screen but nothing else happens? if its the first then theres the possibility that you have a defective cartridge, i have had 2 of these, sent them back and got replacements. if its the second then you should check out the many great videos that helped hundreds on youtube. i never had probs with dstt carts but had initial probs with r4 carts and found the answers i wanted on good old youtube, hope that helps, let us know.

Nintendo DS lite power light comes on but both screens stay dark?

When you boot the Nintendo DS you can change the illumination settings in the main menu.
One the main menu, you will find a sunny symbol in the lower left corner of the screen. Click on that and you should be able to change the level of illumination. If you are also wondering if you can change the brightness during game play, you can't. Games such as Mario 64 DS come with support for brightness change but otherwise you have to do it before game play.

Unable to read DS micro SD card games

Have you installed Moonshell onto the micro-SD card? It has to be there to see the games. If you have Moonshell installed, you should be able to navigate to where you stored your files. Your adapter should have come with a CD with Moonshell on it or you can download a newer version on the internet.
