Well what you should do is look for a program creative centrale use this link download the one that says download the starter pack then run through every thing and there you can put music. pic's, and videos on it or if you don't want to do that just go to start, my computer, (plug in your mosaic) and look for the device double click then double click on storage media or what ever and you'll see the music, pic's, and videos folder to put videos on just use the program to put them on.

to get free music in mp3 format get the program free youtube to mp3 converter you can take the url from a youtube vid and paste it on were it says paste and then click download.

I have this 2 accounts in my pc and I have this problem with the mpcstar media player, the 1st account can associate with the player when I double click a media file that does not supported by my windows...

Try removing or deleting the second account. It may be that only one account can be associated with the mediaplayer.

Let me know if you need further assistance.

Cant delete everythinq off of it

Runa Repair in the Philips Device Manager to start over from scratch. Or, manually delete every song using Windows MediaPlayer. Either way.

My Windows Media Player 10 or 11 Everytime I open it up it causes an error that says Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close

delete the media player software and reload it as this 1 which you have loaded must not be loaded perfectly.also try to load mediaplayer --8 or 9 instead of 10 ,11 as your operating system must not be supporting this.

Samsung YP-U3 MP3 Player Problem connection

Found the solution on another site (http://www.everythingusb.com/forums/showthread.php?threadid=11238). To quote user AFHavemann :

"* Plug in the player so the USB bus can see it.

* Once it’s recognized (i.e., the device screen reads "Charging" and "USB Disconnected"), go to the Control Panel and click "System"

* Choose "Hardware" then "Device Manager" tab.

* Look for the name of your device under “Portable Devices” in the list

* If the name of your player is under “MTP Device” then the correct drivers are probably loaded

* Right-click on the name of your device and click "Properties"

* Click “Update Driver”"

Then follow the prompts from there. The computer searches for the driver software, etc., and reinstalls/resets information related to the device, which fixed things such that the computer will now recognize the device. I'm not sure what causes the problem, but this solution seems to reset whatever's gone wrong.

Not uploading music, can't see music on the device

You could be getting interference from another program trying to access the player. For example when I plug mine in samsung media, multi media, and windows media all try to connect to it at once. I notice I can't get anything done untill I disconnect the connection or the sycrnization from these programs. I usually let them sync then stop each one, and go about my business.
