You need to take the phone back to your service provider and have them change the code back to the factory original which is usually "0000". You can then change it to whatever you want, just don't forget to write it down and keep in a safe place.

After downloading and installing the Motorola Driver, you will need to run the Motorola Driver Installer program by going to "Windows->Start->Programs->Motorola Driver Installer->Motorola Driver Installer.exe".

You can download the driver from the motorola site, then go to my computer and you'll see the device as a portable device. now you can enter the directory of the phone and transfer with usb cable the files.
