This engine doesn't use a choke. The fuel is controlled by a combination of sensors on the engine. May want to check for engine codes before proceeding with a repair.

Find out what tire is having the problem and you should be able to follow the wires to the sensor.

This is happening because the TV is sensing a fault and it is shutting the set down to stop any further damage.
