Not to hard to change first you need to get it out there is a spring holding it grab the bottom side of the gasket and you will feel the spring not to hard to doit take a picture or samething to remember how to put it back in make sure the drane hole goes on the bottom.

When washer starts it usually makes a clicking noise know it is humming and nothing happens the door is locked and wont open

your main belt is broken or loose i would suspect the latter,the reason the door will not open is the machine has started a wash cycle and because the belt is not able to finish the cycle the door wont open so the progam is not finished,switch the machine of at the mains and the door will open after 10 mins.But the problem remains the belt.please rate this answer thanks.adrian,,,,,,,,,

WCVH6800J GE Front loader timer keeps resetting

The clock timer might be faulty.Need to Replace it.Since the machine is new, it must be under warranty and can be subjected to replacement.Problems with clock timers is common with any washer.Its better when detected early like in this case.Good luck.Please do post your comments.
