As you said , you have serviced your car but still it showing service required.
When ever service is done service center people have to reset engine computer ECM with service done at **** km and next service due on **** km as per your car actual km/mile . They may forgten to do so ask them they will reset it. Then only that MSG will go off. If any issue let me know Thanks.

Hello. I recommend that you take your vehicle to an autozone, or other autoparts store, or a volvo dealership and get it scanned. That is the only way to pinpoint the issues that are generating the engine system service required message. I would do this ASAP so that you do not find yourself stranded somewhere. good luck with it. regards, Joe
Best bet is to talk with the local Volvo service manager..or a skilled mechanic. Normally, I don't think any real service is needed,unless there is a problem. Changing oil every 3K is good..not racing the car (turbo) just as you start up or shut it down is helpful too.
