ok shanthi...goto control panel> device manager > check for the status of usb drivers.... you can double click on usb to check for the status....if your usb status is working properly then try to install the driver for your webcam...
if your usb status is not working, then first install the usb driver...

TRY RUNNING SUPERANTISPYWARE i have used this program it works very well for removal of all varients and other little pesky varmint on your pc.

Click and open task manager and stop Assu_IRAppl.exe and I think could help

I was able to install the original XP status monitor from the CD, onto Windows Vista Home Premium.

On the install cd, you need to open the 'STM3' folder under whatever language you are installing, 'English' in my case. There are several .exe files in that folder:

E_S1LAC2.EXE
E_SCHK02.EXE
E_SIINS2.EXE
E_SPSU02.EXE
STMSETUP.EXE
For each of these, right click on the file, and choose 'Properties'. Under the 'Compaitbility' tab, choose 'Run this program in compatibility mode for:' - Windows XP (Service Pack 2).

Then run the 'STMSETUP.EXE' file, and it should install properly, and work. Although I cannot guarantee that it will work on your system, or that it will not have any negative effects on your computer.

So far, I have not had any trouble with it.

check bios setup (pres del or f10 at startup) for cpu speed if speed is mentioned less than actual then change to the right value. if cpu speed is ok in bios then speed info might have changed from registry. my computer>hkey_local_machine>hardware>description>system>central processor>hightlight o folder>on the right pane select processor name status> change this to original value.
