several things can be wrong. does it have fuel pressure does it have spark at the plugs. what condition is the battery. you don`t say what type of problem your having, like will the engine not turn over, it does turn over but won`t start up, it starts up then dies right away. your very vague as to what your after with minimum info supplied.
Park neutral safety switch maybe be the reason for the no crank ! Try putting the vehicle in park ,then try to crank the engine . Testing the electrical circuit is the best way to trouble shoot this problem , along with do a voltage drop test on the starter circuit ! This will test the battery cables an connections . Starter Voltage Drop How to voltage drop test starter motor circuit
Does it have a manual or automatic transmission ? Manual ? clutch switch . Looking at a wiring diagram I also see a starter cut relay ! http://www.bbbind.com/free_tsb.html Free wiring diagrams . Enter vehicle info. year , make , model and engine size . Under system click engine , under subsystem click starting . Then click the search button , then click the blue link ! Check the starter cut relay also . Videos on youtube showing how to test a relay controlled circuit !
Your starter motor is either not getting power or in need of replacement. Otherwise, there is nothing wrong with your car.
Also check your battery connections for no corrosion there as well as by the starter motor. Low voltage circuits in a car are extremely vulnerable to poor contact issues.
sounds like the unloader valve is not working or stuck closed , check the setting of the unloader valve may be set too high, the unloader must open in odrder to cycle water back to inlet side of pump - if not builds up heaps of pressure , stalls the engine - service the un loader valves on the pressure head
take look and let me know - what brand your blaster unit is i know its honda but what pump
comet - axd, lw/zw, - in line or axial cam
in the mean time here is good web site on power washers
it just the presure building back up ,it will last years doing this,i would not worrie as replacing the presure pump will only be a temp fix and it will do it again ,most washes do this after a year or lots of use.
I have a 5hp honda power washer sat for 2 years it will only run if I spray gas in the carb as soon as I stop spraying the engine stops I have took off carb and cleaned it
Pull the spark plug back out and try to turn the engine over. If it doesn't move then the engine is probable seized. Was the engine oil res. full of oil and was the color acceptable.
