Pinter not activated, error code -30, how to fix it?

yes it is your fuser there is bulletin from brother on this issue. call them and see if they will cover it under warrentee

How is it connected ? Most possible is NOT printers problem but anything else. Router, Driver etc

you need to install a new drum and then reset the drum counter:
1.- Open front door
2.- Change the drum Unit
3.- Press Go button and keep pressing until the 4 lights turn on
4.- Release the button and close the door

your problem is not clear
