Hi, if you must reformat your magicJack. Go to your my computer. There are two icons for your magicJack. Inorder to be sure which one are you going to reformat, right click on either one of those mJ icon then if you see a word says "format" then click on it. The reformatting process is the same as reformatting a USB flash drive. Just remember to select "FAT" on "FILE SYSTEM", then click start. "WARNING: Reformatting your magicJack will erase all your contacts I advice everyone to back-up your contacts."
