make sure it is dry before trying to turn it on again, might have a drop of moisure bridging a cicuit, if that doesnt work try a different battery and if that doesnt work then its damaged and needs unit replaced
hi
would you tell me more about condition? does it power on, do you see back of lcd any message,
if power on, then you have lens unit is defective. no power at all, then you have either power control pcd(dc/dc convoertor) or main pcb. If main fail, then you have to send canon factory. but lens unit or power pcb problem can solve in your local repair shop. They would chage you around $65 to 165 depend on what they really want to charge.
Thanks and best regard!
first you need to check that is the light on the power cord on the adapter is coming if yes then it is supplying the current to teh machine and it is not charging the battery then mother board needs to be replaced if the light on the adapter is not coming up then need to chage the adapter .
Most items, first time your have to charge it for continious 8 to 11 hours. On that time it fully charge the battery and internal battery. I would say charge it for 11 hours.(It wont over chage on anything.)
But, if you already charged it for some time, discharge it fully. (Leave it playing till it wont even turn on when you puch the power button) Then charge it backfor11 hours.
Please first make sure that your adaptor is working.
Try to remove the battery and connect your laptop to the adaptor. Swith on. If nothing chages, then there is good chance that you have a motherboard related problem.
GO TO SETTINGS" .... SCROLL DOWN TO "PHONE STATUS" AND CLICK ON IT. iF IT SHOWS "DEAD" BUT YOUR PHOPMR STILL POWERS UP ... YOU HAVE A FEFECTIVE CHARGER,
ALSO ... TRY DRAINING THE BATTERY. THEN SHUT THE PFONE POWER OFF FOR TILL THE CHARGER IS COOL TO YJR TOUCH. LEAVE YOUR PHONE OFF AND PLUG THE CHARGER IN FOR 3-4 HOURS.
