The Ncal error code on your LG gas range may mean there was damage to the oven control board, which is electrical. There could have been damage to the wiring.
Personal opinion: Contact an authorized LG gas range repair center and arrange for a repair technician to come and take a look at your stove.

Its not the burner, but the switch or relay it controls. With a meter you can track it down an order the part yourself. Be sure to look for things like bugs. I found a bug in a clock that caused problems once. Becareful you are dealing with high voltage. If you are not sure call a tech.
Turn off the gas. Lift off the burner cap and the burner head from all remove the torx screws under each of the five burner heads then lift off he top. The picture on these two pages of the manual show where the screws are and what the stove looks like with the top off:
It depends on the Kenmore Model. Kenmore is the brand name for models sold by Sears, but they are not all manufacturered by the same company. They are made by Frigidaire, GE, Whirlpool, Amana, Samsung, LG... just to name a few. If you can post a model number of your Kenmore, I can give you the options for which elements will work for your machine.
Hello I have the same stove and same problem...also boiled water and now it wont stop clicking...Did you ever get yours fixed? if so, what was the problem? I unplugged every wire one by one (except purple and white ones) from the spark module and still no luck.
Replace your infinite switch for this (your lf burner switch). Call a parts supplier with your model number, try and get an exact switch, not a generic switch. Do not replace the switch without unpluggin your range first. Good Luck, Appliance Specialists
Your control is faulty. Check your owners manual for a two year warranty on eletronics. If not under warranty you need to call an authorized LG service dealer.
I had the same issue and it was because the little ceramic starter "button" wasn't either pulled up, or down (I don't remember). The stove is shipped with the piece in the opposite direction it's supposed to be in when operational.
